I Andrew Parker Snr of the county of Cleveland
and State of North Carolina
Being of sound mind and memory but considering
the uncertainty of my earthly existence do
make and declare this my last will and
testament in manner and form folowing that
is to say
First that my executors herein after named
shal provid for my body a decent burial
suitable to the wishes of my relatives and
friends and pay all funeral expenses together
with my just debts howsoever and to whomever
owing out of the moneys that may first
come into his hands as a part or parcel of
my estate
Item 1st I give and bequeath unto my three sons
Joseph & Andrew Jr & William they lands that
I have deeded unto them
Item the 2nd I give and bequeath unto my son
William five head of the choice hogs of my [? ___]
Item the 3rd I gave and bequeath unto my
daughter Margaret thirty dollars
Item the 4th I gave and bequeath unto my daughter
Nancy thirty dollars
Item the 5th the balance of my property
to be sold and devided equaly among
my daughers Linny Lucas, Mary Wortman,
Sary Hoyle, Fany McNeilly, Margaret Towry,
Nancy Norton, Susy Proctor
Item the 6th I appoint my sons Andrew Parker
and Wm Parker Executors of my will
